Souls in the city of the black swan

The intention of this project is to use visual elements to show a different image of Perth's social composition, distinct from the stereotypical image often presented of Australian cities. Simply walking through the city streets and pausing for a moment to observe the social dynamics—individuals from diverse cultures, ages, ideologies, customs, and so on—reveals a social dynamic that makes Perth a society with a unique balance, partly due to the diverse social components that comprise it.
